MCES was constructed in 1990 as a state-of-the-art, spacious building featuring a central atrium connecting three halls which house grades three, four, and five. All classrooms are equipped with six networked computers. The school staff is led by the principal and assistant principal. Teacher turnover is low. Approximately 750 students attend the school.
