We are a group of ordinary people who have embarked on an extraordinary adventure. It's a journey that requires faith, risk and commitment. It's also a journey that is giving shape and purpose and direction to our life. It has given us hope in tough times and strength when we are weak. And it has given us each other a community of caring, supportive friends. We are learning to laugh together, cry together, and encourage each other as we walk the same journey side by side.

Our motto says that we are "charting a course for new life in Jesus Christ." If you are looking for a church home, we invite you to join us at Morning Star. We began the journey as a new church development in 1994, and were chartered as a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA) on March 23, 1997. Our style is relaxed. Kids are always welcome. You don't have to dress up. We will welcome you with a cup of coffee and goodies to eat.
