Mount Olive Baptist Church is known as the "little white church on the hill," in the rural community of Barhamsville Virginia.  It has been part of the community for more than one hundred years.  In many years past, most of the members were baptized in Goddin's pond located approximately one mile down hill from the church on Holly Fork road, formally known as Old route 600.
