Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide an entertaining and informative Spring event about the birds of the mountain region of southwestern Virginia. The events of the festival will educate birders of all interest levels and ages. The festival will promote tourism in the area and inform visitors of the many outdoor activities available in the New River Valley.
