To provide an opportunity for women of achievement who are in
wheelchairs to successfully educate and advocate for the advancement of people with
all types of disabilities within the State of Ohio.  If the Reigning Ms. Wheelchair
Ohio becomes the Reigning Titleholder at the National Ms. Wheelchair America
competition she will represent more than 54 million Americans living with disabilities.
