Our History

New Heart began 10 years ago as a church plant sponsored by her home church, Trinity Baptist Church in Arcata.  Although there were and still are other good churches in McKinleyville, we believed God purposed us to start New Heart as an alternative, not to pull people out of there current churches but to reach the unreached and unchurched in McKinleyville and its surrounding areas.

As all churches do, we have had struggles and difficulties, but God has glorified Himself by showing His mercy, grace, peace and  provision during these years, and we have continued to fulfill the vision God gave us those short ten years ago.
