What We Believe

About God

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He is the Father of Jesus Christ. He is our Father and will provide for all the needs of our bodies and souls. He is  present everywhere. 

About Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God.   He gave His life as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of the world. It is through His shed blood that our sins are forgiven. He arose from the dead and is alive forevermore.

About the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son, three persons in the triune God. He is “the other Comforter” who dwells in the hearts of men, convincing them of the truth of Christ’s teachings and empowering them to do right.

About Man

Man is by nature sinful and cannot make himself good. He can only be made righteous by accepting God’s forgiveness for sin through Jesus Christ. He will be given a new life because of his relationship with Jesus Christ. 

About the Bible

The Bible is the inspired Word of God. It is our only guide to show us what we should believe and how we should live. It is for everyone to read so that all may hear God speak to their hearts and minds.

About the Sacraments

We have two sacraments instituted by Christ in the New Covenant, or Testament. They are baptism and the holy supper, or communion.
