Our Mission:

The Noblesville Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to the leisure time interests of the local populace, and to the care of the natural resources of the area. The Department strives to enhance the quality of life and sense of community through healthful recreational and leisure experiences. As the City's land steward, the Department seeks to maintain the delicate balance of public use and conversation/preservation of the natural environment to result in the highest benefit for all.
