The Northland Birth Network is an action-based, non-profit community organization of birth professionals and consumers who offer support, education and evidence-based information about normal birth practices as defined by the Coalition for Improving Maternity Services' Mother Friendly Birth Initiative and Lamaze Institute for Normal Birth's Six Care Practices That Support Normal Birth.
