Our family oriented school is located in Sparta, Wisconsin and in the middle of downtown West Salem, Wisconsin. We train in the martial arts of Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Tai Chi Chuan as well as basic self defense. We host a full schedule of classes and one-on-one training. We offer a safe and friendly environment with experienced instructors.
