Based out of the Ogle County Airport the Ogle County Pilots Inc. are also EAA chapter 682.  They are the mainstay of the airport.  Seeing that the grounds are mowed, buildings and hangers kept in excellant condition has won the airport General Aviation Airport of the Year in 2007.  The airport is located on R64 just east of town.  The "Pilots" host many activities of which include three AYCE breakfasts a year plus a fall hog roast.  In 2013 they also hosted a classic car show in conjunction with their fall breakfast held in September.  There will be another car show in Sept of 2014.  Plans are in progress to host a Hanger Dance in August featuring music of the 20's - 40's
