Serving Des Moines area as well as North Central Iowa deliveries, we provide a wide selection of share options with fresh farm products from June through December. We're sure you can find a share to fit your desires!

From the experience of eating top quality vegetables throughout the season to stories from the farm and about sustainable agriculture through our Weekly Note, our members find that we are serious about our motto - "Raising healthy food...Raising hope".

One Step at a Time Gardens, located in North central Iowa, serves members in Des Moines and North Central Iowa with a wide selection of share options. We invite you to find a share or combination of shares that fits your desires! Our Full share provides 18 weeks of excellent, seasonal vegetables. You may also select an Every Other Week share. We provide several add-on items, including a Fruit Share, Herb Share, and Go Gourmet package Want a one-time supply for specific product or preservation? Try any of our Kits - perfect supply of ingredients for Pesto, Salsa, canning tomatoes and more! Eat right to the end of the year with a Thanksgiving Share and a Winter Delivery. In addition to the vegetables, we also raise chickens on pasture. These are available from late June through December.
