1) Becoming a House of Prayer
Through this initiative: prayer will be integrated into every area of church ministry as a foundational element. Prayer training will be provided throughout the stages of ones personal spiritual development and new prayer ministries will be formed.

2) Making Disciples
Through this initiative: a training track will be developed to disciple individuals at all levels, from new believers to potential and current leaders.

3) Refocusing Wednesday Night Children/Youth Ministry
Through this initiative: more love, time and training will be placed on the children that God has given us through the families that make up the body of Christ at Open Bible Center.

4) Refocusing Sunday Evening Ministry
Through this initiative: on Sunday evenings we will intentionally value and support the ministry of parents to children and family to family relationships.

5) Developing Care Groups
Through this initiative: small groups will be developed to foster relationships, accountability and community care.

6) Creating Interest Groups
Through this initiative: common interest groups will be formed and facilitated by godly leaders for the purpose of making relationships with unbelievers.
