Oswego Middle is serving approximately 760 seventh and eighth graders this year. Since the building's opening in 1980 we have continued a structure of team teaching heterogeneous groups of students. We offer a full academic program to our students during 45 minute periods. Our core area subjects are math, science, English and social studies in both seventh and eighth grades. Our foreign language program offers French and Spanish at two levels for our eighth grade population. Our students also take home & career skills, music, art, physical education and technology in both the seventh and eighth grades. We are an inclusive school and most of our special education students are included in a regular schedule on all of our academic teams.

As you know, the education of all children has always been most successful when treated as a partnership among parents, educators, students and the community.
