Mission
Our Lady of Peace Catholic School provides a superior education to K4-8th grade students, guiding their Christian discipleship and preparing them for life-long learning. A vital extension of Our Lady of Peace Parish, the school welcomes families of all faiths and cultures as we embrace our tradition of academic excellence and service.
History
Our Lady of Peace School, under the direction of the Diocese of Charleston, was founded in 1956. In 1999, the school was accredited by the Diocese and was the standard by which all diocesan schools were measured under the Verifying the Vision Accreditation Program. In 2007, the school became a member of the South Carolina Independent School Association. The school is a fully accredited, multi-cultural, Christian-based school serving Grades K4-8, with before- and after-care available. All religions and races are welcome. OLP is located in North Augusta, South Carolina.
