We at Pacoima Middle School believe that all students should be provided an equal opportunity to learn in a safe, educationally rich, and nurturing environment.

Our Vision

Pacoima Middle School will prepare all students to become responsible, functional and literate citizens, able to adapt to, and succeed, in a multicultural, technological society.

All stakeholders at Pacoima Middle School believe the following standards are necessary to achieve our school vision:

• Increase student achievement and accountability through interactive, activity-based instruction, while using effective teaching strategies.
• Provide professional development opportunities for all departments and curricular areas to promote positive teaching and learning experiences.
• Prepare students for the 21st Century through greater access to technology-based instruction.
• Increase parent communication, participation and their involvement in the educational process.
