The Department of Recreation & Parks provides comprehensive, quality and safe recreation and parks programs, facilities and services to enrich the quality of life for all of the residents and visitors to Palm Coast.

To enrich the lives of all the residents and visitors to Palm Coast by building and maintaining parks and recreation facilities and providing high quality, fun and safe recreation and aquatic programs, services and events.
