Our farming practices include: crop rotation, composting, seasoned manure and cover crops. New for 2011 Frozen chickens will be delivered monthly from May through October for pick-up during your regular veggie share day. Fresh chickens are available for Ledamete Grass Farm pick-up only. We have a limited number of open Shares for the 2011 growing season! In order to reserve a Share for 2011, just click on the "email us" icon and provide us your e/mail address and we will send you a Palovchak's Produce CSA contract. Our distribution of fresh grown produce will begin at the end of the month of May and continue through October 30, 2011. Separate from the May through October Shares, at a different cost, we offer a 6 week extension from November 2nd to December 11th 2011. Our weekly distribution of either a Full or Half Share includes a total of 10 to 12 individual "fresh" vegetables, fruits, herbs and fowers, depending on the time of the growing season (Spring, Summer and Fall).
