As the Revolutionary War came to a close, the road between two frontier towns, Fc Harrod (now Harrodsburg) and Lexington became a thoroughfare dotted wi communities that supported travelers and settlers alike. John Paul, a Virgin gentleman, was one of those settlers. He established his new home in 18; overlooking Clear Creek, a pristine waterway a little over a mile from the communi of Troy.
