Financial Assistance

The YMCA is for everybody. All people are welcome at the YMCA. Through a sliding fee scale, based upon family size and income, YMCA programs and membership are affordable to the entire community. Family assistance is made available as long as the YMCA receives sufficient contributions from our community.

Youth Sustaining Support Campaign

Each year the Port Arthur YMCA holds a Sustaining Support Campaign to raise the funds needed to allow the YMCA to continue to provide outreach youth services and to provide financial assistance for those youth and families who could not otherwise participate in our programs. Over the years, the YMCA has been able to provide outstanding programs for youth, such as childcare, day camp and physical education. These greatly needed programs are able to continue and grow because of the efforts of our volunteer campaigners and the generosity of our donors.
