About Queen City Brewers Festival:
Queen City Brewers Festival (QCBF) premiered in 2012 and always takes place the day before the Super Bowl. The purpose of the festival is to bring together the Charlotte region’s craft beverage producers, celebrate their contributions to the Queen City and serve an organization that helps to improve the quality of life for individuals of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds. In 2012 and 2013, the festival benefited Partners for Parks and from 2014 – 2020 ACEing Autism. Project Life Movement served as the nonprofit beneficiary of QCBF in 2023. Project Life is a Charlotte-based non-profit that matches healthy stem cell and bone marrow donors to patients in need. In 2024, event host The Innovation Barn is the nonprofit beneficiary. Breweries are being asked to brew an eco-friendly Beers for Life offering to release at the festival to highlight the sustainable programs held at The Innovation Barn to make Charlotte a more circular economy.
