The mission of the Radnor Township government is to serve the best interests of all our residents by providing and maintaining a secure environment that enhances the quality of life for the individual and the community. We pledge to be a dynamic, responsive organization that continually strives to provide the most efficient and effective level of service for Radnor Township.

This mission makes Radnor Township a great place in which to live, work, and do business! In fact, in April, 1996, Philadelphia magazine named Radnor Township as "The Best Place to Live in the Philadelphia Region."

This honor was the result of a "Quality of Life Index" created by the Magazine to rank 165 towns in the Philadelphia Region in 16 different categories-including commitment to schools, crime rate, availability of public transportation, housing prices, population diversity and density, amount of protected open space, quality of recreation, degree of recycling, shopping facilities, and overall "trendiness."
