Rainbow Gardens and Greenhouse
Our farm is at the foot of the Gogebic Range in the western UP. It took many years of searching for just the right location with uncontaminated soil and the bonus of beautiful rolling pastures but in the heart of the Ottawa National Forest. Entering our first commercial year our greenhouse is overflowing (literally) with flowers, herbs and vegatables. We are specializing in heirloom plants and seeds and use as much certified organic seed as we can find. It will take years to become certified organic but we definitely do not use any type of chemicals anywhere on the property, nor do our neighboring farms. The types and quantities of our produce is extensive and we are already planning the second greenhouse to be twice the size of our present one.
