About Us:

The mission of the Recreation & Cultural Services Department is to provide and facilitate safe, quality leisure services, programs, and facilities while preserving and enhancing natural resources and stimulating the economic vitality of the community.

The Recreation and Cultural Services Department develops and implements community recreation and cultural service programs and activities for the City of Mukilteo. It also oversees and manages recreational facilities such as the Rosehill Community Center and the Lighthouse Park.
