Mission:

To operate and maintain a non-profit clinic and other related activities encompassing the whole person – physical, mental, and spiritual. There is a focus on health education that includes illness prevention, health maintenance and wellness.

Vision:

For all residents of East Feliciana Parish and surrounding areas to have access to affordable, quality health and wellness services, enabling them to achieve quality of life for themselves and their families.
