History
The club was charted in March 1996 as an "extension of the Rotary Club of East Fresno" with EF Rotarian Sam Lucido as the promoter. The charter President was Ken Doty, The President Elect was Bob Mastro, Jerry Sewell was Charter Secretary, with Dona Mount and Don Witzansky also on the Board. The club was chartered with 25 members. The District Governor at the time was Mary Margaret Fleming. The club first started meeting as a provisional club in late 1995 at the Pizza Factory. The primary members in getting the club started were: Ken Doty, Bob Mastro, Mike Sikora, and Jerry Sewell.
