Mission Statement:
We focus on local, regional and international humanitarian efforts including those shown below. Fellowship is an important part of our organization. Events are organized to promote unity in our common goals.
Our Club. Founded in 1990 with 65 Charter members, our club meets every Wednesday morning from 7:15 to 8:30 at the Sheridan Shore Yacht Club. our meetings are held in the beautiful backdrop of Lake Michigan and the Baha'i Temple. Our club brings together a cross-section of the community with over 40 percent women and a diversity of ages. This broad spectrum of businesses and professionals contribute to lively and enjoyable weekly programs.
The Rotary Club of Wilmette Harbor is a chapter of Rotary International. Rotary, the world's first service club organization has over 32,000 clubs in almost 170 countries. Its members form a global network of business and professional leaders who volunteer their time and talents to serve their communities and the world. Rotary's motto, Service Above Self, exemplifies the humanitarian spirit of the organization's more than 1.2 million members.
