Roxanne's Taqueria in Cobb Corner, owned by Josh Katz and Jesse Rosen, is a brand new, independently owned restaurant that prides itself on bringing in quality, fresh, local ingredients to make some of the finest Mexican food in the area. Jesse, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, has created a mouth watering menu highlighted by some delicious new Mexican flavors using traditional techniques.
