Ruby Mountain Hot Air Inc., was founded to plan and implement the Ruby Mountain Balloon Festival. The balloon festival is held each year on the fourth weekend of July in both Elko and Spring Creek, Nevada. Ruby Mountain Hot Air Inc. is a non-profit organization made up of volunteers consisting of pilots, crews, other balloon enthusiasts, and interested individuals. Their mission is to come together and educate about and share the sport of Hot Air Ballooning.
