Sabo Ranch, run by Mark, Jenny, Riley, and Kiril Sabo, raises 100% grassfed, heritage breed Devon and Jersey cattle, and sells grassfed beef at the Ennis and Bozeman (Bogert Park) Farmers Markets. We run our ranch following organic principles, and raise only the cattle numbers that are sustainable on our land.

We are breeding our Devons, long known as "The Butchers Breed" for their tender, flavorful meat, to return Devons, which pulled many of the wagons West with the early settlers, to their rightful place as an adaptable, gentle, easy keeping grassfed breed for the high mountain West. Our Jersey cattle are bred for high butterfat milk, and gentle, easy keeping characters, all on grass and hay!

LARGE basic: 10 lbs Grassfed Meats, including Steaks, Burger, Sausages(natural ingredients, organic when possible, no grain fillers) from Sabo Ranch, 2 lbs assorted Lamb from Montana Highland Lamb, 1-2 lbs Pork from Sabo Ranch (or another neighbor who follows natural, pastured procedures) -- SMALL basic: As above, but 5 lbs/month, 2 lbs Steaks, 1 lb each Burger, Pork, Lamb. -- ALL BEEF option for both size available. -- SHOPPING BASKET: Pay $435 or $225 up front, and choose from our retail selection at 10% off.
