Saddleback Medical Group (SMG) was formed in 1996 by combining the successful medical practices of several well known and established physicians. Our goal is to become known in the community as high quality physicians who desire to establish a personal relationship with our patients, and take pride in providing a patient friendly environment where high quality care is experienced.
