About

We are a parish church of the Diocese of the Pacific and Southwest, Holy Catholic Church, Anglican Rite, located in La Verne, California. We stand on the ancient Christian faith as stated in the Apostles', Nicene and Athanasius Creeds (click on Creeds page), as well as the Seven Ecumenical Councils. We use the King James Version of the Holy Bible, the American edition of the Anglican Missal and the 1928 Book of Common Prayer (see Links page) in our worship services.

Mission

The mission of St. Luke's Anglican Church, is to perpetuate the Faith, Order, Worship and Witness of Western Catholicism as it existed in the Church of England from around 200 A.D., to the time of the Great Schism, and set forth by the "ancient catholic bishops and doctors," and especially as defined by the Seven Ecumenical Councils of the undivided Church.
