Mission

The Mission of the Chamber of Commerce is to serve as the primary advocate for the Business Community by:

Promoting Economic Development that strengthens and expands the business income potential in the trade area and is of widespread benefit to the community;

Creating a better understanding and appreciation of the importance of business people and a concern for their problems;

Educating the Business Community about political issues and serving as a liaison for the business sector on legislative matters;

Facilitating business involvement in civic, cultural, educational and social programs which are designated to increase the functional and aesthetic values of the community.
