Located in downtown Sanbornville NH, our gatherings are a mix of young and old and everyone in between.

We are a small body of believers simply seek to know Christ personally and to make Christ known. Throughout our history, our goal has remained the same: Honor God and bring positive change to the world around us by living in the Holy Spirit. Because of the love we’ve been shown, as a family of faith, we are passionate about sharing that same grace, love, blessings, and teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ which have brought so much joy in our own lives.

Established in 1878, Sanbornville United Methodist Church has sought to put our faith into practice and walk daily in the presence of God. No one is perfect, except the Lord. SUMC is a judgement free zone – all are welcome no matter their station in life or mistakes along the way. Our congregation is a good mix of young people and older folks as well. We are here to serve and believe strongly in being actively engaged in the community through local events and happenings around us in our town.

Praising God through song is an important and enriching part of every church service and we enjoy a great depth of musical talent among our members. So great is our love of lifting our voices to God, that we also get together once a month in the evening just to sing hymns together in His name!
