The Scrapbasket Quilt Guild is a nonprofit organization of people in Hendricks County who love to quilt.  We educate quilters in an effort to preserve and pass along the art of quilting. Members meeting at 7pm on the third Tuesday of the month at Messiah Lutheran Church to share our accomplishments, listen to guest speakers, and enjoy each others company.  We participate in many charitable projects including Kids Quilts (donated to hospitals and emergency rescue organizations), Quilts of Valor (given to veterans), and Memory Quilts (created for Alzheimer's patients).  We also enjoy improving our skills with Blocks of the Month and Challenges.  Members often participate in smaller "beelettes", forming lasting bonds of friendship with other quilters.  We also organize "shop hops" and visits to quilt shows in and around the Midwest.
