The purpose for which the Corporation is organized is to advance and promote the industrial, commercial and civic interests of the City of Searcy, Arkansas and its vicinity and thereby secure and preserve a high quality of life for the citizenry

We are a local business association formed to promote and protect the interests of the business community in Searcy and the surrounding areas.

As a private not-for-profit 501c(6) organization, we are governed by a 24 member Board of Directors elected by our membership.
