At Sequoya Elementary School, we envision a school that educates the whole child; where parents, teachers and students work as a team to meet the academic, social, emotional and physical needs of all children through consistent communication, timely information, and shared knowledge. We envision a school where children are healthy, safe, engaged, supported and challenged (ASCD, 2010). Our mission, then, as stated below reflects the principles we work to instill in all children.
