SHF offers a CSA with four options year 1.We are limited in our supply so first come first served.A "whole lamb share" will entitled the consumer to a whole lamb cut and packed the way the customer wants it cut and wrapped.Approx. 40 to 45 lbs. of finished product.A "half lamb share" at $275 entitles the customer to one half of that amount.A "whole blanket share" entitles the customer to a queen sized heirloom quality 100% vigin wool blanket. A "half blanket share" entitles the customer to a heirloom quality 100% virgin wool lap robe.This is the first of its kind CSA and the lamb will be available for pickup or delivery starting in October 2010 and the woolen goods (blankets and lap robes) in early December.We accept signups through September 2010.
