Singer Hill Gardens is a landless organization. We collaborate with local Portland communities and use their backyards and schoolyards to create mini urban farms from SE Portland to Oregon City. Our CSA season runs 25 weeks, early June through November. We are currently selling shares and taking new memberships for the 2011 season. *The Butcher's Share is SOLD OUT for the 2011 season*

Our practices exclude the use of synthetic herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizers. We put a strong emphasis on living growing systems that our ecologically sound for both the environment and you. CSA membership supports ethically grown, high quality, and local produce that benefits us now and safeguards our land quality for future generations.

We are a landless organization that grows in backyards and schoolyards in SE Portland, Oregon City, and Milwaukie. We use organic, biodynamic and sustainable practices to grow a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruits. A share is designed to feed a family of four, or two adult vegan/vegetarians with additional produce available for those wishing to preserve at various times of the season. We have lots of fun and memorable member potlucks, classes, farm festivals and celebrations throughout the season.

We have three amazing share options this year!

The first is The Farm Share, a basket full of beautiful, organic, sustainably grown fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. We focus on growing gourmet, heirloom and open-pollinated varieties for their amazing flavor.

The second is The Harvest Share. In addition to the same weekly bounty of vegetables, fruit, flowers and herbs- the Harvest Share also includes bi-weekly deliveries of one dozen eggs and 1/2 pound of cheese (local and free-range, always) as well as a specialty gourmet item such as raw honey, locally handmade preserves, chutneys, cooking spices, hand crafted teas, kombucha and kefir cultures and much more.
