Skyline Stables is family-owned and operated right here in Radford, VA. Owners/Operators JB Simpkins and Matt Stump recently took over management of a stable that opened in 2000. 

JB Simpkins is a life-long horse owner who grew up in Floyd County.  After serving 4 years in the US Navy, JB returned to the New River Valley.  JB and his wife Pam have three daughters: Gabe, Jordan, and Brooke.
