To educate citizens of Irving so that they can make an informed decision concerning the issues that effect South Irving residents and property owners.  The association was sparked by our desire to get good value for our mineral rights. We are joined together, in a non-binding group, to negotiate with landmen and gas companies for top dollar gas royalities and gas lease percentages for our mineral rights.
