The South Miami Children's Clinic was developed to provide high quality medical care to uninsured children living in South Miami. We believe that providing access to health care and health education will help these children to build healthier minds and bodies.

The doors to the clinic were officially opened March 22, 2007. The generous financial contributions of Jim and Susan Carr, The Lennar Foundation and United Healthcare, and donated space from the City of South Miami helped to make the South Miami Children's Clinic a reality.

As we move forward, our goal is to make a permanent medical home for all qualified children living in the area and to help them reach their full potential. We are now accepting Medicaid, Medipass and Universal Healthcare insurances.
