The Sports Buddies and Arts Buddies mission is to provide a non-sectarian team mentoring program for underserved children of Los Angeles utilizing the mediums of sports and arts. The mission of Sports Buddies and Arts Buddies (SBAB) shall remain consistent with the overall mission of Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters Los Angeles and Camp Max Straus.

Our hope is that the program allows children who participate an opportunity to experience positive relationships with peers and adults through sports and arts. They will be able to learn not only the skills related to these areas, but will also be able to improve skills such as teamwork, responsibility, respect, self-esteem, creativity, and conflict resolution.

We are located at Camp Max Straus in Glendale, CA.
