Real...Relevant...Relational
The mission of Springhouse Worship & Arts Center is to enable every believer to live a passionate Christian life in the power of the Holy Spirit, working to serve others, to break down barriers, to unite generations and to restore the arts.
Serving others
We believe that all Christians are called to serve. A fruitful and meaningful Christian life is a life of service. This service can, and should, take place both inside and outside the boundaries of our church campus. It can take the form of a helping hand or a listening ear, a prayer lifted or an offering given.
Breaking Barriers
We believe that Christians should not hide behind denominational walls. In fact, we should not even hide behind a Christian ghetto mentality. We are called to be salt and light "in the world" and to not be deterred by artificial barriers of race, gender, age, or economic status.
Uniting Generations
Our children are not the church of tomorrow. If they know Christ then they are the church of today. We believe that all the members of the body of Christ have great value and should draw the life, energy, and wisdom from each other regardless of age.
Restoring the Arts
Christ has been made the Head over all things for the church. The expression of the arts is one of the greatest and most powerful gifts God has given to mankind. Music, drama, dance, poetry, painting, and all artistic expressions are the rightful inheritance of the body of Christ and should be embraced and nurtured rather than avoided and condemned.
