By proclaiming God's Word faithfully as God has given it, both by His law and His Gospel

By administering forgiveness to God's people through Word and Sacrament and by calling the impenitent to repentance

By reaching out to the unchurched with the message of God's saving love

By living in the image of Christ - being obedient to God and compassionate to our fellow man

By prayer - seeking the help of Him who sends His Holy Spirit to create faith and preserve it

By relying on God's grace - We acknowledge that ultimately all our efforts would fail and amount to nothing without God's gracious work on our behalf. He alone grants growth and salvation.
