OUR MISSION:
To love and serve the Lord.We pray for the strength and courage we need to do God’s work in peace, with gladness and singleness of heart. Through the grace of God, we will transform ourselves and our communities by following the example of our Savior Jesus Christ.
WORSHIP:
In Worship we:
Proclaim - We show forth the Good News of the Gospel through preaching, music, liturgy, scripture and prayer.
Celebrate - We regularly gather at the Lord's table to participate in the Eucharistic sacrament of bread and wine. Though many, we are one body because we all share in one bread, one cup.
Experience - We worship God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, conscious of both the presence and transcendence of God.
YOUTH:
Our work with young people includes:
Education - We provide a safe and nurturing environment for learning meaningful and relevant lessons about God's love and Christ's mission to our world.
Music - We offer a spirited environment where music is embraced, studied and celebrated as a gift from God, and where children are encouraged to offer their prayer and praise to God.
Ministry - We challenge our youth to use their talents in the service of God and others, through church activities and in the wider community.
DISCIPLESHIP:
We grow in Discipleship through:
Formation - We allow ourselves to question, ponder and struggle with the meaning of the Gospel, in the company of God and others.
Friendship - We bring the healing ministry of Christ to all members of the parish, while building a strong and healthy parish community.
Service - We communicate the mission and ministry of this parish to a wider community, inviting others to join us. Through our outreach programs, we help those in need and serve Christ in them.
