Our farm is nestled in the Cascade foothills in the Mid-Willamette Valley, near the Calapooia River. We farm sustainably and holistically, taking care of our land, water, and local wildlife, while raising healthy and happy animals that are treated naturally and humanely. We are committed to informing you about what we have fed the animals you purchase, and about their exposure to any medications or pesticides. We use natural, organic products for fly control, livestock guardian dogs for predator prevention, antibiotics only when animals are sick, and limit our use of wormers to the extent possible. We use no growth hormones.
If you are looking for a regular source of healthy, delicious meat and poultry for your family, and want to support a local sustainable family farm that uses humane animal handling practices, consider a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Share from Sweet Home Farms.
Our meat and egg CSA features a mix of our naturally raised healthy meats and poultry, including 100% grassfed beef and lamb, natural pork, and pasture-raised chickens and eggs. Goat is available too for those interested in trying this flavorful lean meat.
