This season we are partnering up with three other Certified Organic Farms to offer you a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) membership. As an added bonus, we are also working with Bibiane Bakery of Pleasanton and Feel Good Bakery of Alameda, to offer our CSA members local baked goods using ingredients from our farm. We are so excited to be offering a 300 member CSA this season, spanning from the first week of June to the last week of October.

What can I expect in my CSA box throughout the season? Summer Sample Box: 2 lbs White Nectarines, 1 ½ lbs Apriums (80% Apricot 20%Plum), 1 lb Donut Peaches 1 head Butter Lettuce, 1 bunch Romanesco Cauliflower, 1 Rosemary Baguette, 2 lb Zucchini, 1 lb Fresh Green Beans, 1 bunch Basil.

Fall Sample Box: 1 Watermelon, 2 lbs Sweet Peppers, 1 Chocolate Raspberry Tart, 2 lbs mixed Heirloom Tomatoes, 1 ½ lbs Yellow Peaches, 2 lbs Summer Squash, 1 bunch Thyme, 1 lb Snow Peas, 1 basket of fresh Strawberries

Each and every week we intend to offer something new and exciting in the way of fruits or vegetables. No two weeks will ever be the same. We will also be distributing a CSA Newsletter (via e-mail), informing you about Terra Bella's Tomato Tasting, Chefs' Dinner and any other event we may hold for our members. Weekly recipe newsletters will feature recipes for some of the fruits and vegetables that you will receive throughout the season.

How do I pick-up my weekly CSA share? Each week we have a Monday, Wednesday or a Friday CSA Pick-up at Terra Bella Family Farm. You can stop by the Farm from 11:30 am to 7pm to pick up your share. We will have tables set up full of the fields bounty and a dry-erase board explaining the specific amounts of each crop that each member receives for the week. Each member hand selects their produce into bags and/or boxes that are provided if you have forgotten to bring your own.

How do I become a member? There are 22 weeks in our CSA Membership Season at $30/week that works out to be $660 per share. To guarantee your spot, please send in your payment, Membership form and page 4 of our CSA Agreement to our farm. These documents can be found on the CSA Program page of our website at www.terrabellafamilyfarm.com. Please help support Pleasanton's only Family Farm so you and your family and friends can enjoy fresh, seasonally delicious, organically grown fruits and vegetables all summer long.
