Bluebonnet Chapter of the Texas German Society covers the Bellville, Sealy, Wallis areas of Austin County, Texas.

The BC-TGS is a non-profit organization that seeks to preserve and promote the German heritage, culture, and language.  The BC-TGS helps support local German high school students, awards scholarships to those seeking to further the German culture, and has an ongoing no-charge community German class on Tuesday evenings.

The Bluebonnet Chapter proudly co-hosts with the Bellville Lions Club, an annual Fruehling Saengerfest (Spring German Singing Festival) that originated in our community in later 1800's.
