We are a family of Orthodox Christians celebrating together as believers in the One True Faith. If you are in the Bel Air area, we hope you will visit with us, and we invite you to worship with us whenever your travels bring you to this area. Services are celebrated in English, using melodies familiar to many different Orthodox traditions.

A need was acknowledged for an organized Orthodox Church in the Harford County area of Maryland. After many hours of prayer, meditation and talks with our Archbishop Antony, Father Gregory Czumak accepted the honor and the task of starting a Mission (a new parish) in this area. The First Sunday Liturgy here was celebrated on September 8, 2002 at John Carroll School.

The men of the Mission held their first Brotherhood Meeting on March 1, 2003. Our parish held its first Lenten Retreat on Saturday, March 15, 2003. Father Deacon Joe Kreta, Director of Religious Education for the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA, was the guest speaker. It was a very spiritually uplifting retreat.
